Making Forever Homes Possible...

HuskyN Lab Rescue was founded 2008 as a small in home rescue. No sooner than we started we realized the need for help was tremendous. Southern Rural Shelters euthanized at an amazing rate. Space issues due to over population, low income and high poverty areas where people are forced to surrender their family pets, strays etc. are all reasons why these shelters euthanize. Methods of euthanization are more than likely heartstick or gas, both are inhumane and only done for cost reasons.
We expanded our reach, recruited many volunteers from fosters to transporters and grew to help as many needy animals as we could. We are always welcoming new volunteers and working hard to save as many lives as possible.

Our Mission is to Rescue homeless abused and neglected companion animals. Give them Quality Compassionate Care and to find them Permanent Loving Homes.

Want To Get Involved?

There are Many ways that you can get involved and help a pet in Need!

Foster Homes

Fosters are Needed More than Ever to save lives. Without this vital role we would not be able to save as many as we do. If you would like to help a pet in need but cannot give a lifetime commitment make sure to visit our Foster Page to learn more about how you can help save a life and become a foster parent Today! No matter where you are, you can help...

Transport Volunteers
We also rely on dedicated Transport volunteers to help move our dogs and puppies to their approved foster homes on route to their New Start In Life or to Appointments or Adoption Events. Transport drivers are needed in several states From Tennessee to Maine and all states in Between.

Other Volunteer Oppourtunities

Volunteers are also needed to help staff Adoption Events and Plan and set up Fundraisers. Although we do not have a specific shelter location we could still use your help. We have dogs and puppies located here at the Inn that would love to spend the day with you. Wether you would like to come for an hour a day to walk a dog or you have the opportunity to play in the yard with them. They all love the social interaction and would benefit greatly.

These are some of the ways you can get involved and help us spread the word about available dogs for adoption, our rescue and what we do and many other oppourtunities. For more information you can e mail:
